I Need You, DNA
November 14, 2004 - 4:54 PM

i wish i could state the obvious with you. you're so far away but still in my touch. i wish i could be proven as a tear between your knee and waist but i'll still remain that stain on your white shirt. an eyesore unless i'm never worn.

all i ask is to be an 'us' for once, not a 'them.'

an unremarkable face that can never be expressed more than the emotion you wore late that night. like the time you broke that chandelier and blamed it on the weather. it looked so misplaced above that cracked tile anyway. you never understood the concept of reality.

[can you tune me up a little more?]

what i wouldn't give to touch your hip. to lick your lip. to hold your hair in my hand while you lied there still on that shady green grass. i would give the world if i knew we were still alive.
